For hiring managers
Sign up free at siftsuite.ai. No credit card required. Add your company name and logo in Settings so candidates see your brand throughout.
Click "New Job Posting", add a title and department, then let AI generate interview questions based on your job description. You can edit, regenerate, add custom questions, or delete any that don't fit. Free plan includes 5 questions per posting, Pro includes 10.
Click "Invite Candidate", enter their name and email. They'll receive a branded invitation email with a unique link. You can invite multiple candidates to the same posting.
Each candidate clicks their link, checks their mic, then answers your questions out loud on their own time. No Zoom. No scheduling. Each question has a 30-second prep phase followed by a 90-second answer window.
Once a candidate finishes, you get an email notification. Log in to see all candidates ranked by composite score. Each candidate has a radar chart, AI summary, full transcript, and per-question feedback.
Star your top candidates to surface them in the Top Candidates section. Decline others with one click — they receive a professional branded email. You can also send a custom message that candidates see on their status page.
You'll receive an invitation from the company you applied to. Click the link to begin.

You'll see each question on screen and hear it read aloud. You have 30 seconds to prepare your thoughts, then 90 seconds to record your spoken answer. Answer naturally — just talk like you would in a real interview.
Once you've answered all questions your interview is complete. You'll receive a confirmation email with a link to check your application status at any time.
