1. Use of the Platform
Sift Suite is a B2B hiring tool. Access is granted to businesses and their authorised team members for the purpose of screening job candidates. You agree to use the platform only for lawful hiring activities and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt any part of the service.
You are responsible for the accuracy of any job postings you create and for ensuring that your use of Sift Suite complies with applicable employment laws in your jurisdiction.
2. Candidate Data
When a candidate completes a screening interview, their name, spoken responses, transcriptions, and AI-generated scores are stored and made available to you as the hiring business. This data is used solely to facilitate your hiring process.
You agree not to use candidate data for any purpose other than evaluating that candidate for the specific role they applied for. Candidate data is retained for the duration of your subscription and may be deleted upon account closure. We do not sell candidate data to third parties.
3. Candidate Notification Emails
Sift Suite sends automated emails to candidates on your behalf — including interview invitations, score summaries, and decline notifications. These emails are sent from Sift Suite infrastructure using the details you provide.
Candidate notification emails may include a footer reference to InterviewAce, an AI interview preparation tool. This reference is informational and is not an endorsement by your business. By using Sift Suite, you acknowledge and accept this.
4. No Guarantee of Hiring Outcomes
Sift Suite provides AI-assisted screening scores and summaries as one input to your hiring process. These scores are generated by a language model and are intended to supplement — not replace — human judgement.
We make no guarantee that using Sift Suite will result in better hires, reduced time-to-hire, or any specific business outcome. AI scoring is imperfect and should be considered alongside other factors when making hiring decisions.
5. Limitation of Liability
Sift Suite is a screening tool, not a decision-maker. All hiring decisions are made by you, and you bear sole responsibility for those decisions. Sift Suite is not liable for any claim arising from a hiring or non-hiring decision, including claims of discrimination, wrongful rejection, or adverse employment action.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sift Suite's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of Sift Suite after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
